The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), and Indian Highways Management Company Ltd. (IHMCL) have launched the 1033 helpline number to address NETC FASTag complaints at toll plazas.
Customers can dial 1033 from their mobile or landline for assistance with the following issues:
- Stopped at a toll plaza due to a "Tag blacklist" alert, even though the tag is active.
- FASTag is not accepted at the toll plaza.
- Toll Plaza is unable to read the FASTag.
- Issues with obtaining a monthly pass at the toll plaza.
- Any other FASTag-related concerns.
